* Shekinah Ranch will be a place for
those in ministry to come apart from the pressures of ministry
for spiritual renewal.
* The operation of Shekinah Ranch will
be largely funded by those who use the cabins. Recognizing that
those who need the ministry the most usually can't afford it,
instead of a fee, we would suggest a donation based on the cost
of operation and the length of stay. Every effort will be made
to keep the costs down. Our desire is to encourage Christian
ministries and churches to minister to those in need of rest
by supporting their stay at Shekinah Ranch.
* Shekinah Ranch will be available exclusively
to Christians in full-time ministry. In case of doubt, a reference
or a statement of faith will be required..
* Shekinah Ranch is a non-profit organization,
governed by a Board, with no majority from one group, and autonomous
in its operations.
* Building of cabins will be funded by
donations. Don will donate land for the 5-6 cabins planned (land
has been surveyed for the first cabin, and it will be donated
to Shekinah Ranch as soon as the paper work is completed). Substantial
donations will determine certain priorities in the use of cabins.
* Shekinah Ranch will under no circumstances
incur debt.
* Should Shekinah Ranch ministry cease,
the property should be sold and money given to a similar ministry,
by a unanimous decision of the Board of Directors.
